my support team!
One of my favorite Ghana pictures... see if you can find the white girl!
My name is Lisa. I'm 24 years old and I live in the Eastern Region of Ghana. I'm an environmental volunteer which means I haven't been clean since I got off the plane in Accra on October 1, 2008. I will be here until sometime in late 2010 and will be working on several projects until then including but not limited to: animal rearing, tree planting, school clubs, world map project, HIV/AIDS radio show, moringa trainings with people living with HIV/AIDS... and whatever else I feel inclined to do. Follow all my adventures here on the blog!
"Obroni"
Means "foreigner" in Twi and literally translates to "someone over the horizon"
